GAP messenger: ready to implement elections on blockchain

CEO of GAP messenger has told the head of Iran’s information technology organization that this application is prepared to implement elections on Blockchain.

According to IBENA, Most of the leading countries in the Blockchain and cryptocurrency field are testing the use of blockchain technology infrastructures in elections and voting fields. They are also implementing small-scale elections as large as communities on the technology as an outstanding operative activity.

Blockchain technology is used to boost transparency and security in storing information, data and the results of elections. Regarding the emphasis on making Iran’s election electronic, the information technology organization is checking the infrastructure of blockchain technology.

Iran’s Deputy Minister of ICT noted the use of blockchain technology in elections and invited volunteers to work with the technology posting on Twitter “Is anyone interested in running a community election on blockchain?”

CEO of GAP messenger Mahdi Anjidani has replied the tweet, announcing that the local messenger is ready to take action in this regard.
